- Abstract
Short and long-term educational policies in Albania continuously call for new instruments that need to better challenge the education that produce alternative solutions to school abandon or juvenile crime. The aim of the research is to underline the request for new contemporaneous educational patterns and practices of secondary education, which will facilitate resistant youth participation to learning process. The research refers to resistant youth as students? subjects of breaks, interruptions and exclusion from the learning processes for different reasons: social, interpersonal, and personal. Participation of resistant youth and close approach to education and classroom schedules need to be considered as an alternative solution, helpful to education, and a topic of teachers' work. Also, the proposal for new impetus to preservation of the right for education through a close cooperation among school psychologists, social workers and counsellors, with school team, has been based in data that will assist further researches and recommendations to education policies, and to youth policy making process in the country.
