- Abstract
The lack of courtesy in various debates in our daily life, is an undeniable fact, even forgetting that the debate is just a human product, so it is a way through which people exchange ideas and discuss different issues. No doubt that the debate is the best method for achieving the truth, through debates the disputes between certain categories of people are discarded. In this contest we see that the God of the universe addressed to the angels and debated with them on the case of man's creation on earth, the Almighty God did not avoid debate with the devil even, when he rejected God's command to respect Adam, and as a result of this debate God gave to the devil the chance to live as long as life exists in this world. By this we understand that life is based on dialogue between people, in this way the teacher talks to the students, the husband talks to the wife, the parent talks to his children, different states send delegations to solve different problems by talking, etc. But the debate as a method has rules and norms that must be respected, and finally the two parties agree upon the issue, because the debate is not proceeded with the self conceited minds that have in mind the disparagement of the people, in the latter case from through this kind of debate there is no hope for any right epilogue. From the rules of the debate is the escort of the interlocutor, something that everyone wants for himself, so you should not intervene when he is talking, and be careful with the voice tone while keeping it in the level of being available to be heard, but sensitive and not annoying to the attendees., He also must not be cynical and humiliating and use vulgar vocabulary by which the interlocutor might be hurt. Respecting the rules and norms of the ethics of the debate, have positive effects such as reaching the reconciliation between the debaters as well as the desired benefit that arises from the debate on the participants. The positive debate in Islam, is an important foundation of the Islamic call, except that it is known as a discussion on certain issues, it is also considered worship for which the believer is rewarded by God, because the believer does not dare to consider the debate a purpose in itself, but the debate should simply be considered a method for achieving the goal and that is the achievement of God's pleasure, and certanly God rewards it.
