- Abstract
On the road toward freedom and its independence Kosovo has passed a hard and bloody period of the history. One of the latest and serious problems that Kosovo has suffered was Balkan crisis, otherwise known as crisis of the former Yugoslavia after the fall of the Berlin Wall. In geopolitical time and historiography, Kosovo exploded as a neuralgic point where numerous regional and European interests were related but also wider. Therefore, concerning the fate of Kosovo, many organizations states and personalities were involved. An important point concerns the advantages and disadvantages of the parties in Rambouillet Conference on the role of holding this conference, gains and losses that had the parties to this conference and it brought benefits to Kosovo in building its institutions.
