- Abstract
Having analysed the concerns, challenges, problems, failures, successes and achievements in economic development in the Republic of Kosovo, it is impossible not to take a look at human resource management, as one of the main pillars of development of each social activities. The human resource management is a concept as old and modern Western management, as new management processes in the Republic of Kosovo. Success in the field economy depends on many external factors, an example would be a political, economic or even technological, or (internal; material resources, financial, human resources or information). The human factor is the role and importance of extraordinary economic activity. A very important human factor is the most significant strategic resource for the realization of business effectiveness, which is motivation; therefore motivated people are the key to success! Motivation represents one of the key challenges faced by managers of business organizations. Managers blame workers, when in - fact, generally it is the managers responsibility. It is logical that considering a wildcard self-motivation and practical difficulties in measuring and qualifying them.
