An essay is presented on the soul, highlighting the views of theologians Pierre Teilhard de Chardin, Henri de Lubac, and Karl Rahner. It examines traditional beliefs on the soul which is considered as an immortal or spiritual part of a person that is credited for various functions such as thinking. It also explores various belief systems that rejects the concept of the soul as well as the soul in biblical anthropology.
