- Abstract
The article presents a case study of an old man with history of colon cancer and who was admitted to an emergency room because of brain metastases with symptoms of headache, nausea, vomiting and vertigo. It discusses the treatment regimen given to a patient having multiple brain metastases with recurring symptoms. It highlights the administration of whole-brain radiotherapy (WBRT) and discusses considerations for the treatment.
