TUGAW RANCHES, LLC V. U.S. DEPARTMENT OF THE INTERIOR: NEW SCRUTINY OF THE CONGRESSIONAL REVIEW ACT IN A CHANGING POLITICAL LANDSCAPE.
- Authors
Douglas, Sarah
- Abstract
The article argues that the District Court of Idaho's decision in Tugaw Ranches LLC v. U.S. Department of the Interior represents a larger trend of increasing scrutiny of the Congressional Review Act (CRA) based on its expanded use. Topics discussed include the increase reliance on the CRA during the administration of U.S. President Donald Trump, failure of Tugaw Ranches to expand judicial enforcement, and its implications for the environmental community.
