- Abstract
The article presents a case study of 46-year-old man with atrial flutter (AFL) and a history of a heterotaxy syndrome with a persistent left superior vena cava. It mentions that a femoral approach was used to place a decapolar catheter at a cavotricuspid isthmus (CTI) through the azygos vein, PLSVC and coronaty sinus. The patient underwent linear radiofrequency ablation at CTI for termination of AFL.
