- Abstract
The article focuses on the federal laws made for the regulation of cyber security. Topics discussed include the establishment of standards for the regulation of federal energy by the U.S. Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), the laws for the regulation of breach of laws, and the laws for the regulation of sales of the electric energy under the Federal Power Act and the Interstate Commerce Act.
