The article presents the author's views on a study conducted on the number of times that animals do the Lévy Walk (LW). He commented that the researcher showed that the composite correlated random walk is more efficient that any LW search pattern when the Lévy exponent. He noted that claim made by the researcher that LW may be confounded with composite Brownian walks because of its apparent heavy-tailed distributions of move length.
