The article presents two case study of oral pigmentation as specific feature of lupus erythematosus. It states the case of a 35-year old Moroccan women with two-week history of painless geographic hyperpigmentation of tongue associated with dark patches of oral mucosa. It mentions the case of a 33-year-old Vietnamese man with two-year history of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE).
