Presents the clinical indications of congenital miliary tuberculosis in an infant girl. Liver, spleen, and kidneys were infiltrated with tubercles; Caseation, necrosis, and lymphocytic infiltration; Mother's chest x-ray showed extensive miliary tuberculosis of the lungs and sputum examination showed acid fast bacilli.
