The article focuses on the rarity of talent needs being unique to nonprofits or for-profits and the growing appeal of many skills perfected in the nonprofit sector to for-profit companies. Topics discussed include the similarities between the skills nonprofits desire and those for-profits want, the emergence of the so-called B Corporations, companies that earn a certification, and details of the report "Future Work Skills 2020," which was conducted by the Institute for the Future (IFTF).
