- Abstract
This document is a response to an article titled "Pericapsular nerve group block and lateral femoral cutaneous nerve block versus fascia iliaca block for multimodal analgesia after total hip replacement surgery: A retrospective analysis." The authors of the response express concerns about the study, including the lack of clearly defined clinically significant differences in pain scores and the small sample size. They also question the use of a combined block and suggest that using a different block method may have yielded different results. Overall, the authors appreciate the effort put into the study but interpret the results with caution.
