A 36-year-old man with arthralgia and bone pain: Clinical Presentation.
Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 36-year-old man suffering from Erdheim-Chester disease (ECD). The patient was presented to a rheumatology clinic where he complained of bilateral knee pain for 4 years. Clinical examination showed swelling of the upper part of his left tibia. Computed tomography of the left knee showed extensive intramedullary sclerosis with thick trabiculation. Bone biopsy of his left upper tibia revealed ECD.
