The article examines how the metaphor of corporate personhood is used in nonlegal contexts. The author suggests that the analysis of the metaphor and its uses provides valuable insight into contemporary debates about capitalism. Also tackled is how metaphor of corporate personhood has influence on how people think about themseleves.
