- Abstract
The article discusses African approach to the filling of lacunae in the law and mentions its taxonomical approach to the concept of legal gaps. Topics discussed include exploring the possibility of a pluralist approach to the taxonomy of legal gaps, discussing axiological gaps under legal interpretation or judicial decisionmaking, and merging of normative gaps with the legal gap where no regulation exists for a particular case.
