- Abstract
The article discusses issues related to environmental laws in the U.S. including the Clean Air Act (CAA), the Clean Water Act (CWA) and the Energy Policy and Conservation Act (EPCA). It details the Climategate scandal which ignites challenges to Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) findings that motor vehicle emissions and greenhouse gases affect the environment and public health, respectively. It offers information on several court cases including Port Oswego Authority v. Grannis, California Energy Commission v. Department of Energy and Boston & Maine Corp. v. Massachusetts Bay.
