- Abstract
The article examines whether the New York statute, the Dignity for All Students Act (DASA) is an effective tool in reducing incidents of student harassment and in generating litigation. Topics covered include the amendments made to the New York Education law as brought about by the DASA, details of the Eskenazi versus Connetquot Central School District case and the decision in the Motta ex rel. Motta versus Eldred Central School District case.
