The article offers information on decision of the New York Court of Appeals on the case People v. Guilford. Topics discussed include claims of involuntary and forceful confession as well as self-incrimination against the defendant James E. Guilford, claims of violation of Fifth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution due to self-incrimination, and wrongful custodial interrogation against the defendant for analyzing admissibility of evidence against defendant.
