The article presents information on the challenges that are faced by the public and private sector industries due to air quality policies and regulations in Maricopa, Arizona. It discusses the financial and human resource burdens that are identified by the regulated community in relation to air quality regulations and propose responses to those problems. It states the passage of House Bill 2208 to reduce dust emissions from agricultural operations.
