This study aims to investigate the effect of organizational learning, IT capability, and employee adaptability on job performance. Data collection (N = 99) is from the employees of the radio frequency spectrum monitoring in Semarang – Indonesia. Using partial least square (PLS) 3.0 software, the findings support all hypotheses relationships proposed.
