- Abstract
This article forms part of the research project The Field of Human Rights Defenders in Mexico. This time the author analyzes the evaluation carried out in Mexico by the Committee of the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination, in which the Mexican State and Civil Society submitted their reports on compliance with the Convention. In this exercise, the author highlights three groups that suffer different types of discrimination within the country: the indigenous peoples, the migrant population, and people of African descent in Mexico.
