- Authors

- Abstract
This article discusses trends in graduate labor market in Great Britain. The remarkable growth in annual university graduate output in Great Britain within the space of a few years in the early 1990s has provided a rich field of study for labor market and higher education researchers. Significant proportions of graduates from the 1995 cohort were working in new or 'niche' graduate occupations which required use of skills developed during their university studies. This reflected occupational restructuring, enhanced job descriptions and expanded roles for technical and managerial specialists within many firms.
