The article discusses the mathematical strategy in choosing colors for the metropolitan underground railway system map and the color difference between the old and new line. Topics mentioned include the objective description of the colors as number tuples which uses coordinate system, the describing of the colors on the metro map of Moscow, Russia, and presents an image of the metro map in London, England.
