The article discusses the impact of thinking skills through Philosophy 4 Children (P4C) educational programme on enquiry and discussion in the classroom and at home into a Year 2 class. Topics discussed include significant gains in students' verbal cognitive ability and reasoning by introducing P4C, the collection of quantitative data in the form of grades after ver the implementation of P4C, and findings of discussions with students like children being more confident at identifying the skills.
