- Abstract
The article focuses on the presence of two satellite-tagged pygmy killer whales or Feresa attenuata in the Hawaiian Islands. It states that a single stock of pygmy killer whales has been recognized in the Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ) surrounding the island. It mentions that a long-term photographic-identification study has determined a small population with high site of fidelity around the island. It adds that the two dorsal fins indicate movements and habitat use in the island.
