The article presents U.S. legal developments relative to the regulation of channels of distribution. In reference to the operating features of marketing institutions the Boris Zebelman, Max Zebelman, Shirley Zebelman, and Beyer Motors, Inc. v. Chrysler Corp. and Chrysler Motors Corp. case is cited. In reference to the relations between buyers and sellers the Fortner Enterprises, Inc. v. United States Steel Corp. and United States Steel Homes Credit Corp. case is cited.
