The article discusses the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution in relation to revenge pornography which involves the distribution of sexually explicit photographs and videos on the Internet without the consent of the person or persons depicted in the images and videos. Sexting and the relationship between digital technology and the law are examined. Free speech and press guarantees in the U.S. are assessed, as well as pornography laws in America.
