- Abstract
The article addresses the semantic notion of determinedness and formal operation of reduplication in Bulgarian language. Topics include the author's commendation of the work of Grace Fielder as a scholar of Bulgarian, Macedonian, Balkan and Slavic linguistics, a summary of the author's findings regarding Bulgarian determinedness and reduplication and their significance to semantics, mood, syntax and morphology, and the connection between reduplication and imperative or exclamatory sentences.
