- Abstract
Several pesticides and their residue levels in citrus (orange and lemon) honey were determined in this study. Liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC/MS/MS) was used for the determination of pesticide residues in honey samples. The QuEChERS method was used for sample preparation. In twenty honey samples, the levels of carbendazim, chlorpyrifos, imazalil, metalaxyl and thiabendazole were 7.84, 5.05, 10.96, 6.97 and 12.11ng/g, respectively
