- Abstract
The article focuses on the social responsibility of corporations. The author discusses the scope of the definition of social responsibility and the solution to the problem of vagueness in the social responsibility doctrine. The author states that corporate social responsibility is the notion that corporations have an obligation to constituent groups in society besides stockholders and beyond that prescribed by law or union contract. The article also discusses the role of decision making in implementation.
