- Abstract
Teachers entering the field today are inundated with societal issues that impact student success and systemic problems; whereas, the teachers are evaluated based upon students' success. But aside from all the theory and learning, are these programs adequately preparing new teachers to face the demands of and the pervasive issues in education today?
