- Abstract
The article discusses the adverse effects of the COVID-19 pandemic in the U.S. labor sector, particularly the widening disparities for workers of color like African Americans and Indigenous people. Topics include how the said workers are exposed to jobs with high exposure rates, the need to advocate for change in the workplace to eliminate the disparities, and the challenges faced by workers of color like insufficient access to healthcare and other employment benefits.
