- Authors

- Abstract
The article discusses a study by Xiong and colleagues, published in the issue which showed that some policy changes in the U.S. have expanded access to medications for opioid use disorder (MOUD). Topics include concern on the decline in physician prescribing, increase in opioid-involved poisoning deaths in Washington State from 2019 to 2023, and the only reason a person should not be on MOUD.
