- Abstract
The article presents a case study of an 80 year old man having anuric renal failure, with a medical history of hypertension, gastroesophageal reflux and chronic kidney disease. It also discusses the patient's urinalysis and bone marrow biopsy which detected blood urea nitrogen level and creatine kinase level. The bortezomib-dexamethasone-based therapy with diagnosis of multiple myeloma is also discussed.
