The article discusses the results of an in situ hybridization (ISH) method in cytological preparations that was conducted as part of a cancer research project. It also highlights the importance of the quality of ultrapure water used in ISH and other RNA technologies. It is noted that the ISH method being introduced serves to localized transcript within a tissue.
