- Abstract
The article describes the case of a 66-year old man with symptomatic aneurysm of ileocolic artery presenting as gastrointestinal bleed. The patient underwent physical examination, computer tomography (CT) scan, colonoscopy, and selective superior mesenteric angiogram. Visceral artery aneurysm has multiple etiologies and various causes, and true aneurysm consists of two kinds. Several methods can be used to manage symptomatic or ruptured visceral artery aneurysms.
