- Abstract
In order to enrich the research data of foot shape and last data of non-competitive athletes, 17 foot indexes of 230 non-competitive athletes aged 18 ~ 35 were measured by using thre-dimensional foot measurement technology. By using SPSS 26.0 software to analyze and compare the foot shape data, the foot shape rules of non-competitive athletes at the present stage are obtained. Then, according to the matching relationship between foot and last, a digital shoe last is constructed, which conforms to the rule of foot shape, and the fitness of the last model is evaluated. The results show that it is feasible to apply reverse engineering technology to shoe last design, but the gender difference of foot shape and the difference of left and right feet should be considered in shoe last design. This paper discusses the digital shoe last design based on individual foot shape, which lays a theoretical foundation for improving the function and comfort of sneaker products.
