- Abstract
In order to research the effect of the drying temperature of gel on the photocatalysis antibacterial activity of sulfur and nitrogen co-doped TiO2 (S-N-TiO2) photocatalysis antibacterial agents with tetrabutyl titanate as precursor, urea and thiourea as dopants, the S-N-TiO2 photocatalysis antibacterial agents were prepared by using fast sol-gel method on different drying temperatures. The microstructure of the antibacterial agents was characterized by FT-IR and UV-Vis DRS. Shake flash method was used to analyze the antibacterial properties against E.coli and S. aureus under visible light. The results show that the N—Ti vibration peak and the Ti—S vibration peak appear in the infrared spectrum, indicating that sulfur and nitrogen atoms are successfully incorporated into the TiO2 lattice. The light absorption band of the nano TiO2 shifts to 425 nm and the visible light responsiveness increases. When the drying temperature of S-N-TiO2 gel is at 60 ℃, the antibacterial effect on E. coli and S. aureus of the prepared S-N-TiO2 is the best, and antibacterial rates are 97.7% and 100% respectively.
