- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 10-year-old boy diagnosed with familial gigantic melanocytosis, characterized by diffuse brown hyperpigmentation and silvery grey hair. It discusses the clinical features, histopathological findings, and differential diagnosis of this rare condition, emphasizing the importance of histopathological examination in accurately diagnosing familial gigantic melanocytosis and differentiating it from similar disorders.
