- Abstract
A case report details an atypical facial rash, folliculocystic and collagen hamartoma in a 31-year-old woman diagnosed with Tuberous Sclerosis Complex (TSC). The patient, with genetic confirmation of a TSC2 gene mutation, exhibited typical TSC manifestations alongside this rare cutaneous symptom, underscoring the importance of recognizing diverse TSC presentations for early diagnosis and treatment.
