- Abstract
The article discusses case study of 11-year-old girl who died after repeated inhalation of an aerosol antiperspirant over a period of several months. The autopsy revealed that the girl regularly sprayed the aerosol deodorant onto a pillow and inhaled the aerosol that resulted into development of slight fever and nasal bleeding. The mass spectrometry of blood samples taken from the deceased revealed the presence of butane, propane and isopentane.
