- Abstract
The article presents information on the decisions by the courts regarding the animal torts and the insurance law of the U.S. The animal torts includes the decisions by the Supreme Court of the U.S. on the civil rights of the animals with respect to three situations of humans causing harm to animals, animals harming other animals and injuries caused by animals to humans. Information on the decisions of the district courts, trial courts and the federal courts on the animal torts that include veterinary malpractice, equine claims and the liability status of equine are also presented.
