- Abstract
The article discusses the study about access to primary care for refugees and asylum seekers. It shows that refugees and asylum seekers were used to managing risk in their lives which involved attempting to exert control over their interactions with the agents of health care. It reveals that the tensions frequently resolved, highlightng the role of communication skills in exploring others' perspective.
