- Abstract
Zusammenfassung Whrend die Qualittssicherung im Gesundheitswesen durch entsprechende gesetzgeberische Manahmen in den GKV Reformen der 90er Jahre weitgehend institutionalisiert wurde, gilt dieses fr den Bereich der Pflege und Betreuung so nicht. Hier bleiben die „state of the art“ Klauseln noch weithin unausgefllt, insbesondere wenn es um multidisziplinre Leistungsgeschehen geht. Die nationalen Qualittsniveaus sind erstmals im Verfahren als auch exemplarisch multidisziplinre Qualittsfestlegungen, fr den Bereich der stationren Pflege erarbeitet, die den qualittswissenschaftlichen Kriterien Genge tun. Die methodische Vorgehensweise wird in diesem Beitrag ebenso dargestellt wie Auszge aus dem Qualittsniveau zu Mobilitt und Sicherheit. Die Schlussfolgerungen legen sowohl nahe, die nationalen Qualittsniveaus systematisch zu implementieren und auf ihre Wirksamkeit hin zu berprfen, als auch die Institutionalisierung, Erarbeitung und Implementierung multidisziplinrer Qualittsniveaus als einen wichtigen ffentlichen Auftrag zu sehen.
