- Abstract
The solid-state fermentation conditions of notoginseng residues for the preparation of Ganoderma lucidum triterpenoids were optimized by single factor experiments and Box-Behnken experiments. The results showed that the effect of various factors on the content of G. lucidum triterpenoids in fermentation culture in order was initial water content of the medium>yeast powder addition>potassium dihydrogen phosphate addition. The optimized fermentation conditions were obtained as follows: notoginseng residues crushed and sieved to 60 mesh, yeast extract powder 2.5%, potassium dihydrogen phosphate 0.15%, initial medium moisture 65%. Under the optimal conditions, the content of G. lucidum triterpenoid in the culture medium was 0.37%.
