- Abstract
At present, in the process of evaluating indicators of comprehensive utilization effect of water resources, the objective screening method is mainly used to optimize the indicators, and the uncertain interference information can ’ t be handled during optimization, which leads to the unreasonable evaluation results obtained by applying the indicators. Therefore, taking Haihe river basin as the research object, this paper puts forward a new research method of regional water resources comprehensive utilization effect evaluation index. Starting from four dimensions: water resources conditions, development and utilization conditions, ecological environment conditions and social and economic conditions, the initial evaluation indexes of comprehensive utilization of water resources are selected, and each index is given a corresponding weight by the coefficient of variation method. Combined with the correlation analysis theory and attribute reduction algorithm, the repeated indexes and interference indexes in the selected evaluation indexes are screened out in all aspects, and the optimized evaluation indexes are obtained. Then the evaluation indexes are tested to strengthen the scientificity of the optimized evaluation indexes, and the reserved indexes are determined as the final evaluation index research results. The example analysis results show that taking Yongding reach of Haihe river basin as an example,12 evaluation indexes are selected by calculation, and these indexes are applied to evaluate the comprehensive utilization effect of regional water resources. It is determined that the comprehensive utilization level of water resources in this region presents an upward trend, and the upward trend is slow before 2018,and the upward trend is obvious after 2018, which is completely consistent with the reality, indicating that the selected evaluation is applied.
