- Abstract
The article reports on the merger between America Online Inc. (AOL) and Time Warner Cable Inc. in the U.S. The merger between the two companies has been regarded as a misfortune everywhere, in which AOL has been taking a majority legal share with the leading entertainment company. Gerald Levin, chief architect of the deal of Time Warner's and Stephen Case of AOL's had left the company along with the former AOL executives who initially managed the merger.
