- Abstract
The article offers information on the Brimacombe Prize, named after educator and engineer J. Keith Brimacombe, that was established to recognize excellence in the process engineering of materials in 2000. The Brimacombe prize comprises of the Brimacombe award and a cash prize of 25,000 Canadian dollars. One selection criteria for the award is that a person's work has demonstrated evidence of important scientific or industrial impact. The next prize will be given in 2008.
